Support compassionate end of life care and help give much needed respite to families in Montreal. We believe that the end of one’s life should unfold with as little pain and distress as possible, and within a familiar and comforting environment.
Many ways to give
The number of palliative care resources available for terminally-ill Montrealers is inadequate, particularly given our aging population. St. Raphael’s was created to address the need for each individual, regardless of faith or denomination, to have a dignified end-of-life filled with compassion, and for caregivers to be given an opportunity for much-needed respite. St. Raphael’s issues income tax receipts for all gifts of $15 or more.
Online donation (One-time, monthly, in memoriam and in honour donation)
Donation by cheque or matched
If you would like to make a donation to St. Raphael’s to support our compassionate end-of-life care, please download this form, include your cheque and mail it to the address indicated. We will send you a charitable tax receipt as soon as possible.
Donation of securities
When you make a gift of securities to St. Raphael’s, you support end-of-life experiences and care for our patients and their families in a way that has immediate impact. By donating publicly traded securities, you eliminate the capital gains tax that you would pay if you sold the securities and then donated the proceeds.
Remember us in your will
A gift in your will would have a lasting impact and allow those living with an incurable illness to experience an end of life filled with compassion and dignity.

Purchase the album “Plus loin que l’azur”
When gifted pianist Romaine Ardizzon lost her battle with cancer just before the release of her first album, her family decided to support St. Raphael’s by donating the proceeds from the sale of Romaine’s CD, “Plus loin que l’azur”. So far, this generous gesture has helped us raise more than $100,000.

A great place to volunteer
Both the palliative care home and the day centre rely on the extensive participation of dedicated volunteers to provide the highest quality care for our patients and guests and their loved ones. We are always seeking volunteers who share our values and wish to support our mission.
