Regular Programming

YOGA
Monday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.*
Through simple movements, conscious breathing, and moments of relaxation, this workshop offers a gentle and accessible practice to help you reconnect with yourself and promote overall well-being.

*Please note that this activity is offered from February 2 to May 25, except March 2, April 6, May 4, and May 11.

MUSICAL INTERLUDES
Tuesday, 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
A friendly gathering over coffee, sweet treats, and live or recorded music.

KNITTING CLUB
Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
A welcoming space to knit small and large projects.

DEATH CAFÉ
Thursday, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
A welcoming space to discuss death, end-of-life, and grief, in order to break the taboo and allowing people to express their feelings without judgment, in a spirit of sharing and openness.

ART HIVE
Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
A free and inclusive creative workshop that encourages artistic expression and sharing.

CHORAL GROUP
Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
A singing group for pleasure and relaxation, with no musical experience required.

MEDITATIONS
Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., January 9 to 30, 2026
Discover and experience various forms of meditation and their spiritual, religious, or philosophical origins while briefly sharing your experiences. This may help you learn more about yourself and your inner life.

ART THERAPY
Wednesday, 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., February 4 to 25, 2026
Open to everyone, these experiential workshops offer a supportive space to cultivate well-being, explore your creativity, and share with the group in a climate of trust.

**Exceptionally, due to the closure on February 4, the first workshop
will be moved to Friday, February 6, from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.

SUPPORTING AND ACCOMPANYING END-OF-LIFE CARE AT HOME
Tuesday, 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., March 3 to 31, 2026
This workshop explores simple and compassionate ways to care for people at the end of life at home, while also supporting their caregivers, helping participants feel better equipped to face these moments of great vulnerability.

SINGING CIRCLE
Thursday, 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., April 2–30, 2026
A workshop inviting participants to explore the voice in a playful and informal way. Come discover the beauty of singing together and the connection between voice, body, and mind.

DIALOGUE ON PALLIATIVE CARE

A series of unique meetings opening a dialogue on various issues related to palliative care, as part of Diversity Celebration Month in Maison St-Raphaël.

SELF-CARE

Dedicated to learning simple and accessible techniques for taking care of your body on a daily basis, this workshop will allow you to explore self-massage techniques, light mobilization, and the activation of relaxation points to relieve physical tension and promote your well-being.

WRITING
Tuesday, 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., October 6 to 27, 2026
A welcoming space for self-discovery and the benefits of sharing through writing, exploring your stories, drawing inspiration from other texts, and having fun with words. No writing experience necessary.

OBJECTS OF MEMORY

In this workshop, each participant will be invited to bring a meaningful object or photo and share its story to facilitate expression, make sense of loss and hardship, and nourish memory.

Festive and welcoming gatherings hosted by our volunteers, featuring holiday-themed activities as gentle rituals, arts and crafts, and moments of sharing.

Series-Based activities

SUPPORT FOR THE BEREAVED IN THE CONTEXT OF MEDICAL ASSISTANCE IN DYING
Wednesday, 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., February 18 to April 8, 2026
Designed for people who have lost a loved one who sought medical assistance in dying, this group will provide a caring and respectful space to help you navigate this complex experience through various themes that encourage discussion and creativity.

SUPPORT FOR THE BEREAVED
Fridays, 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., September 25 to November 27
A space for exchange and mutual support for people experiencing the loss of a loved one, this group will address various themes, such as “models” of grief, the future of the deceased, redefining oneself, relationships, our inner strengths and resources, self-compassion, and nonviolent communication.
