Most Reverend Christian Lépine, Archbishop of Montreal, and Mrs. Marie-Michèle Del Balso, Chair of St. Raphael’s Board of Directors, proceeded with the signing of this 75-year lease — comprising an initial term of 25 years and two renewal options of 25 years each.
